SECO offers companies the service of pre-employment physical capability assessments to ensure a proper match between an employee and the demands of a job.

 

SECO works with local companies to develop and implement testing specific to company needs including on-site analysis of job demands, development of testing criteria, policies, procedures, as well as actual test administration with immediate reporting of results.

All tests are administered by a licensed Physical or Occupational Therapist.
